I want a light bar for that and for people who don't know how to turn their damn brights off or just have shitty HID's in halogen lamps. This would send a message/permanently damage eye sight:

I know. There are only 3 times my brights get switched on:

1. On abandoned, unlit streets.

2. When somebody's holding up traffic by camping in the left lane.

3. When some dipshit in a POS little car with misaligned Autozone "HIDs" blinds me with his high-beams that he never turns off.

Since at night where I live is dead, my brights stay on other than when the occasional drunk passes by.
